Terms and Conditions for Sfdx-Express

Sfdx-Express is a Visual Studio Code extension provided by Infonotics Softech Pvt Ltd (“Infonotics”, “we”, “our”,
“us”). By installing or using Sfdx-Express (“Extension”), you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
Definitions
- Extension: Sfdx-Express, a VS Code extension distributed by Infonotics.
- User/You: The individual or entity installing or using the Extension.
- Subscription: A paid, recurring plan (monthly or yearly) enabling continued access to Pro
features.
- Free trial: A 7‑day period with full access to all features at no charge.
License and use
- Grant: We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the
Extension for your own work.
- Restrictions: You may not reverse engineer, redistribute, resell, or create derivative
works from the Extension except as permitted by applicable law.
- Acceptable use: Do not use the Extension to violate laws, infringe rights, or disrupt
services.
Accounts and access
- Authentication: The Extension may require sign‑in (e.g., GitHub) to enable features and
associate usage with your account.
- Accuracy: You are responsible for ensuring your account details (e.g., email) are accurate
and accessible.
Plans, billing, and autopay
- Plans: Monthly plan (₹80) and Yearly plan (₹800). Both plans include the same features.
Yearly provides 12 months for the price of 10 and shields you from price changes during the subscription
term.
- Autopay: Subscriptions are billed automatically via Razorpay (UPI Autopay or card/bank
standing instructions).
- Billing cycle: Charges are generated each cycle. If a payment fails, we may retry per
Razorpay policies; access may be paused if non‑payment persists.
- Prices: Prices are listed in INR and may change prospectively; yearly subscribers are
protected from price rises during the active year.
Free trial
- Duration: 7 days of full, unlimited access to all features.
- Conversion: After the trial, continued use requires an active subscription. If you do not
subscribe, access may be restricted.
Cancellation and refund
- Cancellation: You can stop your subscription from within the Extension. If you cannot log
in, email us from your registered email requesting cancellation.
- Refunds: Once billed, payments are non‑refundable. Cancellation stops future charges but
does not refund past payments.
Service changes and availability
- Updates: We may update, modify, or discontinue features to improve performance or security.
- Availability: We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
Data and privacy
- Usage data: We collect usage metrics (e.g., components launched) mapped to your account to
report time saved.
- Personal data: We collect name and email via GitHub login. See the Privacy Policy for
details.
Intellectual property
- Ownership: The Extension and its contents are owned by Infonotics and protected by
applicable laws.
- Feedback: Suggestions you provide may be used to improve the Extension without obligation.
Warranties and liabilities
- No warranties: The Extension is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
- Limitation of liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Infonotics is not liable
for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Extension.
Governing law and disputes
- Jurisdiction: These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Maharashtra, India,
shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes.
Changes to terms
- Updates: We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes indicates
acceptance of the updated Terms.
