These Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and Infonotics Softech Pvt Ltd (“Infonotics”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) and govern your access to and use of the SFDX-Express Visual Studio Code extension and any related services (together, the “Extension”). By installing, accessing, or using the Extension, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not install or use the Extension.

4. Accounts & Authentication
- Sign-in: The Extension may require you to authenticate (for example, via GitHub) to enable features and to associate usage with your account.
- Your responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Keep your account details, including your email address, accurate and current.

- Plans: The Extension is offered on monthly and annual Subscription plans. Both plans provide the same feature set; the annual plan is offered at a discount relative to twelve monthly cycles and protects you from price changes during the active term.
- Fees: Applicable fees, currency, and taxes are those displayed at the time of purchase, both at checkout and within the Extension. By subscribing, you authorize us and our payment processor to charge those fees.
- Automatic renewal & autopay: Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle and are charged automatically through our payment processor, Razorpay (using UPI Autopay or card/bank standing instructions), until cancelled.
- Failed payments: If a charge fails, we may retry in accordance with our payment processor’s policies, and access to paid features may be paused if non-payment continues.
- Price changes: We may change fees prospectively. For monthly plans, changes take effect on your next billing cycle; annual subscribers are protected from increases during their active term.
Full billing details are set out in our Payment Terms.
6. Free Trial
- Access: We may offer a free trial providing full access to the Extension’s features for a limited period.
- After the trial: When the trial ends, continued use of paid features requires an active Subscription. If you do not subscribe, access to those features may be restricted.
7. Cancellation & Refunds
You may cancel your Subscription at any time from within the Extension; cancellation stops future charges but does not retroactively refund amounts already paid. Except where required by law, all fees are non-refundable. Full details are set out in our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
