These Payment Terms describe how billing works for the SFDX-Express Visual Studio Code extension (the “Extension”), provided by Infonotics Softech Pvt Ltd (“Infonotics”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). They form part of, and should be read together with, our Terms & Conditions and Cancellation & Refund Policy.
1. Overview
Access to paid features requires an active Subscription. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees and authorize recurring charges through our payment processor until you cancel.
2. Plans & Pricing
- Plans: The Extension is offered on monthly and annual Subscription plans. Both plans include the same feature set.
- Annual discount: The annual plan is offered at a discount relative to twelve monthly cycles and protects you from price changes during the active term.
- Fees displayed at checkout: The current price, currency, and any applicable taxes are shown at the time of purchase — both at checkout and within the Extension — and those are the fees that apply to your transaction.
3. Payment Processing
Payments are processed by our third-party payment processor, Razorpay. When you subscribe, you provide your payment details directly to the processor, which handles them in accordance with its own terms and privacy policy and applicable payment-industry standards. We do not receive or store your full card or bank credentials.
4. Automatic Renewal & Autopay
- Recurring billing: Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or annual, as selected) and are charged automatically.
- Autopay methods: Recurring charges are collected via UPI Autopay or card/bank standing instructions set up through Razorpay.
- Until cancelled: Renewal continues until you cancel your Subscription as described in our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
6. Failed & Retried Payments
- Retries: If a payment fails, we or our payment processor may attempt to charge your payment method again in accordance with applicable policies.
- Suspension: If payment cannot be collected, access to paid features may be paused or downgraded until payment is successfully made.
7. Taxes
Fees are exclusive of taxes unless stated otherwise at checkout. You are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or governmental levies associated with your Subscription, other than taxes based on our net income. Where required, applicable taxes will be added to your charge.
8. Changes to Pricing
We may change our fees from time to time. For monthly plans, any change takes effect from your next billing cycle. Annual subscribers are protected from price increases during their current active term. Where required by law, we will provide advance notice of changes. Your continued use of paid features after a price change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new fees.
9. Invoices & Records
Payment confirmations and records are generated for each successful charge and are available through our payment processor. If you need a copy of a receipt or invoice, contact us and we will assist.
