This Cancellation & Refund Policy explains how subscriptions, cancellations, and refunds work for the SFDX-Express Visual Studio Code extension (the “Extension”), provided by Infonotics Softech Pvt Ltd (“Infonotics”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). It should be read together with our Payment Terms and Terms & Conditions.
1. Overview
You are always in control of your Subscription. You can cancel at any time, and cancellation stops all future charges. Because the Extension is a digital product delivered instantly, amounts already charged are non-refundable except where required by law.
2. Plans & Billing
- Plans: The Extension is offered on monthly and annual Subscription plans. Both include the same features; the annual plan is offered at a discount relative to twelve monthly cycles and locks your price for the active term.
- Fees: The applicable fees and taxes are those shown at checkout and within the Extension at the time of purchase.
- Automatic renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically and are charged each cycle through our payment processor, Razorpay (UPI Autopay or card/bank standing instructions), until cancelled.
3. Free Trial
- Access: Where offered, the free trial provides full access to the Extension’s features for a limited period at no charge.
- After the trial: Continued use of paid features requires an active Subscription. You will not be charged for the trial itself.
4. How to Cancel
- From the Extension: You can stop your Subscription at any time directly within SFDX-Express. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle and prevents future charges.
- If you can’t sign in: Email us from your registered email address stating that you wish to cancel, and we will process the cancellation from our side.
5. Effect of Cancellation
- Access: You keep access to paid features until the end of the billing period you have already paid for. After that, paid features may be disabled.
- Resuming: You can subscribe again at any time to restore full access.
6. Refunds
- Non-refundable: Payments already deducted are non-refundable. Cancellation applies to future billing periods only.
- Statutory rights: Nothing in this Policy limits any non-waivable rights you may have under applicable law.
7. Billing Errors
If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within a reasonable time and we will investigate. Where we confirm a genuine billing error, we will correct it. Investigating an error does not, by itself, entitle you to a refund where the Extension has been made available and used.
