SFDX-Express is a digital software product — a Visual Studio Code extension provided by Infonotics Softech Pvt Ltd (“Infonotics”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). Because it is delivered electronically, no physical goods are shipped. This policy explains how delivery and plan changes work.
1. Digital Product
The Extension is licensed, not sold, and is provided entirely in digital form. There is no physical item, packaging, or courier shipment associated with your purchase.
2. Delivery & Activation
- How you receive it: You install the Extension from the Visual Studio Code Marketplace. Paid features are activated through your account once your Subscription is active.
- When: Delivery and activation are effectively instant upon successful installation and, where applicable, successful payment.

- No physical exchange: Because there is no physical item, traditional exchanges do not apply.
- Switching plans: You may switch between the monthly and annual plans by updating your Subscription. Changes generally take effect from your next billing cycle.
5. Refunds
Refunds are handled under our Cancellation & Refund Policy. In summary, amounts already charged are non-refundable, and cancellation stops future charges.
